Our contract law practice includes providing advice in relation to the interpretation of all sorts of contracts including general commercial contracts and complex international transactions; our daily activities cover the negotiation and drafting of contracts in the fields of technology licensing, exclusive distribution agreements, telecommunications and IT, computers, construction and consortia, entertainment and sports law.

Corporate
We advise on and draft corporate contracts such as business transfers, shareholders agreements, partnerships and joint ventures. We provide advice and represent clients on all matters of Swiss corporate law including directors' and auditors' liability.

Banking and finance
We provide support to clients in dealing and complying with Swiss banking and finance regulations (including investment funds and money laundering); in case of dispute involving alleged bank malpractice we provide advice and represent clients in litigation.

Competition
This covers advising clients on competition issues and representing parties in front of the antitrust commission and courts in relation to competition matters.

Intellectual property
In the pharma and IT fields, we provide advice and legal support in relation to patent and trademark issues and disputes and draft licensing or all other related contracts; We cover licensing and copyright issues in the entertainment and performing arts industry.

Regulatory
This includes regulatory compliance, filings and representation of parties in front of State agencies, in particular in the fields of telecommunications, pharmaceuticals.
